Expected damage per hit is attack x (1 + crit rate x crit damage), weighting crits by their chance and bonus. To one-shot a monster you need expected damage at least equal to its HP, so required attack = HP / (1 + crit rate x crit damage). If you prefer to keep current attack, the required crit rate solves the same equation. DPS multiplies expected damage by attack speed.
